For long time Lake Palace in Udaipur, Rajasthan has been attracting tourist from different parts of the world. A fairy-like Lake Palace was built by by Maharaja Jagat Singh II in 1754 AD. Its construction was extended later by Bhagwat Singh. The Palace encompass an area of about 1.5 hectares and is a marvelous edifice in the Jag Niwas Island.
