Day 01 : Abroad - Delhi
Fly from your country to New Delhi. You will be greeted and assisted upon arrival. Are you all set to experience the exuberant landscapes and magnificent diversity of the incredible destination; that is India. Transfer to the Hotel Uppals Orchid for an overnight stay.
Day 02 : Old & New Delhi
Breakfast at Hotel and then leave for full day guided sight seeing of Old and New Delhi. Enjoy a cycle rickshaw ride through the busy markets of old Delhi. Visit the Red Fort and the Jama Masjid. On the way back to New Delhi visit Raj Ghat, the memorial built for Mahatma Gandhi. Your stop over will be at one of the Indian Restaurants for lunch. Post lunch we take you to the World heritage site of Humayun's Tomb. Later in the day visit Qutub Minar - the pole of justice and Islam. Stop over at India Gate and mingle with the locals in the nearby lawns. Dinner and overnight in the Hotel Uppals Orchid (A Five Star Hotel).
Day 03: Delhi - 210 km - Agra
After breakfast a cab will drive you to Agra. Upon arrival you will be served a welcome drink. Later, visit the Taj Mahal - one of the major attractions of the tour. It's possible that you may not be allowed to take your handy-cams inside. We then move over to Agra Fort, considered as the predecessor of the Delhi Red fort. In the evening browse through the streets and markets of the city to have a feel of the local life and also purchase some of the fine crafts once offered only to royalty. Dinner and overnight in the Hotel Trident-Hilton -A Deluxe Hotel of Hilton Group.
Day 04 : Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur (230 km)
Drive over to Jaipur visiting the city of Fatehpur Sikri on the way- A poetry written in stones, Fatehpur Sikri was the former capital of Emperor Akbar, but later the city had to be abandoned due to the scarcity of water. Here we will be visiting the famous Jama Masjid, The Buland Darwaza, Palace of Jodha Bai, Birbal Bhawan & Panch Mahal. Enjoy the architectural beauty of these wonderful structures. Also visit The Diwan-e-Khas, an entirely unique tall vaulted room with an intricately carved central pillar and capital supporting a platform that once held the emperor's throne. The drive to Jaipur continues. On arrival at Jaipur, check into the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 05: Jaipur City
Enjoy a full-day sightseeing of Jaipur city. Visit the Amber Fort, the old capital of rulers of Jaipur. Here one can take an elephant ride to the fort situated on the hill. In the afternoon visit imposing blend of traditional Rajasthani and Mughal art and architecture at The City Palace. Look for the beautifully carved marble gate with heavy brass doors on either side. Later visit Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, Birla Mandir and Jai Singh's Observatory. Dinner and Overnight at Mundia House.
Day 06: Jaipur Sightseeing
Discover the Pink City of Jaipur beginning with a visit to the Palace of Winds - Hawa Mahal amidst the rising sun when the entire red palace shimmers with the sunlight. Peep through one of the arched shaped windows the way the royal ladies use to - to enjoy the day today activities down the streets. In the evening visit colorful bazaars that are famous for enameled blue pottery, engraved brass work, exquisite gem-studded jewelry, traditional block-printed fabrics and brightly patterned dhurrie rugs together with traditional crafts and miniature painting. Shop for some of these rare items exclusive to Jaipur. Dinner and overnight at Mundia House.
Day 06 : Jaipur
After breakfast you will be driven to Kuchaman. On the way we stop over at Roopangarh where a light lunch is scheduled. Our drive to Kuchaman continues. Upon arrival check into the Hotel Kuchaman Palace (Heritage Hotel). Embark on a sightseeing tour of Kuchaman Fort and town. Meet with the locals and understand the rural India. Dinner and Overnight in the Hotel Kuchaman Palace (Heritage Hotel).
Day 08 : Kuchaman - Khimsar (190 km)
After breakfast leave for Khimsar. Upon arrival check into the Khimsar Fort (A Grand Heritage Hotel of Welcom Heritage Group). Visit Khimsar Fort, a winner of the UNESCO International Award for restoration. In the evening enjoy a sunset tea amidst the dunes in the village. Also visit the nearby homes of the locals to witness the lifestyle of the rural folk. Dinner and Overnight at Khimsar Fort (A Grand Heritage Hotel of Welcome Heritage Group).
Day 09 : Khimsar - 275 km - Mandawa
After breakfast leave for Mandawa, popularly known as Scotland of India. Visit the world famous Heritage Havelis and enjoy the pleasure of horse riding as there are so many good treks. In the evening hang out at the multi cuisine restaurant of Castle Mandawa and enjoy the traditional Rajasthani food. Dinner and Overnight at Castle Mandawa (A Heritage Hotel).
Day 10 : Mandawa - 160 km - Samode - (A Treasure Palace of the Rajasthan)
After breakfast leave for Samode en-route visiting frescoed grand Patrician (Haveli or Mansions) of Mandawa. After sightseeing of Shekhawati region continue drive to Samode. Upon arrival check into Hotel Samode Palace (A Deluxe Heritage Hotel). Evening a leisure for you to indulge into recreational programs offered by the hotel. Dinner and overnight in the Hotel Samode Palace (A Deluxe Heritage Hotel).
Day 11 : Samode - 250 km - Delhi
After the breakfast leave for a sightseeing of the village. Meet the locals and mingle with them. Enjoy a camel cart safari to the interiors of the village. Later visit the Samode Bagh. Stop over for some time and enjoy a traditional Rajasthani meal in the confines of the luxurious tents. Late afternoon drive over to Delhi. Reach Delhi and transfer to the Hotel Uppals Orchid (A Five Star Hotel) for your dinner and overnight stay.
Day 12 : Delhi - Abroad
The day is kept leisure. You can indulge in some last minute shopping. Later in the evening a lavish buffet is organised to mark an end of the fairy tale journey to India.
